Serves 2

Chia seed pudding is a wonderful twist for a breakfast option. You can make it ahead of time to fit your busy schedule! Before you dig in, top the bowl with as much fresh, seasonal fruit as you like, add some nuts or granola for a bit of crunch, or a swirl of nut butter and berry jam for a creamy indulgence.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (250ml) low fat milk (you can also use freshly pressed nut milk)
  • 2-3 tbsp Pure Raw Honey
  • ¼ cup (40g) chia seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl or glass jar, add the low fat milk, Pure Raw Honey and chia seeds together. Stir well and let sit in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, remove from the fridge, and check to make sure the pudding looks thick and the chia seeds have gelled.
  3. Top with fresh fruit and/or nuts, and enjoy!
