BECOMING A NEWLIFE™ SMART CONSUMER

A Smart Consumer is an individual who has registered as a member with NewLife™ in order to enjoy member prices on all products for his/her personal consumption.

1.1 To be a NewLife™ Smart Consumer, you must:
a. Be at least of legal age and not a minor in your country of residence
b. Reside in a geographic area where NewLife™ has been approved for business
c. Complete the registration process
d. Agree that NewLife™ reserves the right to accept or reject any application for any reason or without assigning any reason whatsoever

1.2 Benefits as a NewLife™ Smart Consumer:
a. Purchase NewLife™ products and services at member price
b. Receive NewLife™ literature and other NewLife™ communications
c. Participate in NewLife™ sponsored support, service, training, motivational and recognition functions upon payment of appropriate charges, if applicable
d. Participate in promotional and incentive contests and programs sponsored by NewLife™

1.3 Smart Consumer Code
When NewLife™ receives and accepts an SC’s application, NewLife™ will assign a unique SC Code to that SC. SCs must use their SC code whenever they contact NewLife™ to place orders and/or perform any transactions.
SCs who have citizenship in more than one country are nevertheless restricted to one SC membership, in one country.

Note:
SC accounts are not eligible for Point Value (PV) or Bonus Value (BV) earnings from products purchased. SC accounts also cannot refer other SCs or register any downlines. In order to participate in the NewLife™ Business and Compensation Plan, the SC account will need to be upgraded to become an Independent Business Owner (IBO) account.
